Please note that the time of the CIPS National AGM slated for Monday November 1, 2010 has changed from 6 PM Mountain to 7:30 AM Mountain time. All other details remain as published in the September 30th, 2010 issue of CIPS Connections and are as follows (with the corrected time):
The 52nd Annual General Meeting of CIPS members will be held at 7:30 AM Mountain time, in the Shaw Conference Centre, Salon 1, Edmonton, Alberta on November 1st, 2010 for the purpose of:
- Receiving and considering the report of the CCITP Chair
- Receiving and considering the report of the Director of Finance
- Appointing auditors
- Transacting any further business which properly comes before the meeting
We hope that you will attend this meeting. A buffet breakfast will be available for those attending on-site. Fifty regular members in good standing is required for a quorum. If you are not able to attend in person, but would like to participate, a conference call bridge number will be provided on the National website under the event listing for the AGM (www.cips.ca/agm2010) (24 hours prior to the start of the AGM.
