How the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) can be used in immigrant assessment/placement

CIPS Alberta will be holding focus group discussions/information sessions for immigrants, employers and immigration services and recruitment agencies in Edmonton and Calgary. We will outline the skill description framework and discuss how it is used in skill level assessment and how that can work for appropriate workforce placement. You will be able to determine the value of using SFIA in your operations.

Whether or not you have responded to the survey, you are welcome to come to one of the sessions. While each session will be focused on how a particular group can use SFIA, if you can not come to the appropriate group session, you are welcome at any session.

Please RSVP early to reserve your spot
