Presentation Overview

This talk covers the nuances of leading change in large organizations. Core concepts are introduced to contextualize popular methodologies such as PROSCI. Real life examples are provided to help analysts understand how change efforts are typically mis-managed and what can be done to minimize or avoid the ensuing insanity

  

Speaker's Bio
Rafael McRaven is a Senior Strategic Business Advisor with SaskPower. He has supported large scale change projects, including process redesigns, technology implementations, reorganizations, and monetizing knowledge assets.Today Rafael is leading the development a Corporate Sustainability Office that aims to guide, improve, and showcase the company's sustainability efforts.

Rafael has worked as a management consultant with organizations from an array of sectors and brings an entrepreneurial spirit to his work having led his own business ventures in the past. 

Rafael has a Masters in Organizational Systems along with major in business and psychology, a minor in Communications, as well as certificates in Liberal Arts, change management, organization design, and sustainability.
