Presentation Overview Description  

Over the last decade, the art and science of application development has evolved significantly as organizations seek to maximize the value from their information technology investments. There is a fresh wave of thinking in the technology industry today - one that focuses on how to use technology to support a Customer Experience Strategy that engages customers and drives value through greater revenues and reduced cost.  

By focusing on customer experience and leveraging the latest mobile and web technology and User Experience techniques, IT can create and integrate systems and solve problems with solutions never before possible. In this presentation, Kevin will share Online's customer experience journey through the past 10 years by highlighting some of Online's major application development projects. He will share a vision for a Customer Experience and provide practical strategies for how organizations are integrating customer experience elements throughout their project portfolio.

Speaker Biography  

As a Principal Consultant with Online Business Systems (Online), Kevin represents Online software development team. Kevin joined Online in late 1995 to pursue his passion for software development and, over the past 18 years, he has been part of almost every major software development project delivered out of Online's Winnipeg office. Kevin is passionate about developing solutions that are focused on meeting the needs of Online's customers. Most recently he was the Project Director for a large customer experience portal project for a major Energy client based in Alberta.
