Presentation Overview Description

Some say it takes a village to raise a child, and in IT we say it takes a team of varied cultures and backgrounds that make up the IT department.

What makes a successful team. In today's work environment, the culture is just as diverse as credentials and education.

Our panel will discuss the pros and cons of education, credentials and designation.
