Presentation Overview
IT Service Management applies to all parts of IT since the common goal is service to the business and customers. ITIL provides a framework of best practice guidance including IT processes and the service lifecycle.


This presentation will describe and discuss the service lifecycle structure and show both the strengths of ITIL and how virtually all other frameworks and specialized roles such as PMs, BAs, architects and developers play key roles within the service lifecycle.


Speaker's Biography

Dwight Kayto ITIL Expert, PMP and ITSM Fellow, has extensive experience in ITIL and IT Service Management, successfully completing more than 50 projects.  He is well known on the national and international stage for his accomplishments and expertise and regularly reviews   Dwight is also an accredited ITIL trainer having taught every course in ITIL V2 and V3.
