Call for Board Nominations

The deadline to submit a nomination is September 3, 2013.

It is time to elect members to the CIPS Saskatchewan Board of Directors for service beginning September 10th,  2013 (at the AGM).

This is a very exciting time, and we need you to become involved to make the nomination process successful.  We want our Board to be representative of the finest leaders in our profession, and we need your input to make that happen!

Qualifications to sit on the CIPS Saskatchewan Board:
A CIPS member in good standing with their ISP designation is eligible for nomination.  

The Board meets monthly via conference calls. Each board member is expected to attend meetings and participate on committee assignments as they arise.

All nominations must be submitted in writing by September 3, 2013.  Please complete the Nomination Form (attached) and email to or fax to 306-352-2923.  The names and qualifications of those nominated shall be distributed with the notice of the annual meeting.

The Executive Committee consists of the President, Vice President, Past President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Registrar. The Executive Committee is responsible for the day to day activities of the Society and for carrying out the instructions and directions of the Board.

Board Member

Directors are expected to participate at monthly meetings and can participate on committees. 


Executive Committee


The Treasurer is responsible to the President and is responsible for the financial affairs of the Society. The Treasurer shall maintain the financial records of the Society. 

Vice President
The Vice President is responsible to the President and will assume the duties of the President in the absence or disability of the President and will assist in the execution of their duties and responsibilities to the Board.
