Presentation Overview
The presentation focuses on proven best practices to make an objective assessment of COTS (Commercial-over-the-shelf) to address business and technical risk. It will then show an Agile method to implement the COTS which further reduces implementation risks. The approach and methods shown will enable organizations to select a COTS which best meets their business and technical requirements and implement this in a managed process which supports success.
Speaker Biography
Mr. Flynn is with ISM Canada based in the Regina office where he is the Manager of Business Analysis and Consulting Services. In the past 20 years Peter has been involved in both the private and public sectors. Projects range from business planning and organizational assessment to solution implementation. Peter also conducts various project management and business analyst workshops for Project Managers and Business Analysts and provides leadership in ISM on best practices and methodology.
