You are welcome to join us at this special event cohosted by Niagara College and the CIPS-GH Student Section:

This is an end-of-year event for Niagara College students in five programs including Computer Programmer, Computer Programmer Analyst, Computer Systems Technician, New Media Web Design, and Game Development. There will be a special guest speaker and other short presentations as well as food, door prizes, take-a-ways, and best wishes for a good summer.

Time: 4:30 – 6:30pm; presentations start at 5:30pm.

Guest speakerAnand Sinha, Director, IT for Mabel's Labels

Anand Sinha is Director, IT for Mabel's Labels, which is a 10-year-old growing Hamilton company that sells products (including name labels and tags, child safety products, household labels and seasonal items) worldwide through their website and across N. America via fundraisers at schools, daycares, camps and other organizations. Leading an interactive discussion with the audience, Mr. Sinha will talk about the IT industry, what he looks for in new employees, what new entrants into the industry should expect, and ways in which you can increase your skills and value as an employee.
