As Managing Director of ClimbIT Inc. Henry brings 30+ years of global experience in the deployment of enabling technology solutions into Global 1000 organizations in over 40 countries. Henry has served as VP Global Professional Services for Alcatel, AVP of Asia-Pacific for Newbridge Networks, co-founder and director of CodeExcellence Inc. Director Product Management for Mitel Semiconductor. He has played a founding role in PMC Sierra, Switchview and Digital Fairway, successful start-ups in the services management and semiconductor sector. Henry can call over 50 of the largest organizations in Canada his clients.
Henry was awed by the potential and in some cases shaken by the perceived threat of productivity impacts which represent a growing proportion of businesses and governments. While proven practices and implementation frameworks are still evolving, there is a growing body of knowledge building on the hit and miss experiences of early adopters.
As one of those early adopters, Henry Jaffe has been applying social collaboration technologies and methods with his clients in the public and private sector since 2006. Henry will share experiences with his clients and provide insights into how organizations can navigate the labyrinth maze of vendors, technologies and approaches for integrating social collaboration into mainstream business processes and decisions.
