She is a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), founder of the Regina Organizational Change Management group (ROCM). As a recognized leader in the OCM practice in North America, she is continuously studying best practices in the field. Ms. Morgan is a popular speaker on organizational change and business transformation, and has authored numerous articles about the subject.
