Speaker Biography

With more than 20 years in the Information Technology industry, Llyle Morgan is an organizational development, change management and business transformation specialist and CGI's Organizational Change Management Practice Lead for Western Canada. She is a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), founder of the Regina Organizational Change Management group (ROCM). As a recognized leader in the OCM practice in North America, she is continuously studying best practices in the field. Ms. Morgan is a popular speaker on organizational change and business transformation, and has authored numerous articles about the subject.
