Mutual Recognition Agreements

CIPS negotiates Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRAs) with other international associations for the following reasons:

  to harmonize standards internationally;
  to promote common professionalism practices;
  to advance integrity and ethics in our industry;
  to encourage the exchange of ideas and expertise; and
  to provide for the mobility of professionals.

The following organizations will recognize the I.S.P. as an IT professional level qualification. The organizations will confirm an individual's professional qualifications as required by the organization to support this recognition.
