The impact of this most recent round of economic turmoil has affected leaders, investors and boards globally. They are learning to operate with leaner budgets and resources but also to effectively ‘re-think’  how they conduct their daily business. Whether their new posture is to sustain, grow organically, or to embrace new opportunities, Transformation is their new reality.

The realization that technology is pivotal to executive leaders’ success has exposed what we refer to as ‘The Divide’ – the unhealthy relationship between business and technology leaders in many organizations.

Our goal is to bridge this divide by guiding leaders through the challenges, be they historical or cultural, procedural, political, and structural challenges that traditionally inhibit organizations.

The goal of Transformational Leadership is to enable leaders across organizations to achieve success leveraging their internal technology resources strategically and to position organisations for the future.

This short series of talks and discussions will be presented by world-class speakers and thought leaders on topics including;
  • The complexity of modern-day corporations.
  • The battle for control between business and technology leadership.
  • How to 'architect your business for value and efficiency'.
  • Methods for the business to take ownership of major transformational events.
  • Identifying and creating simple communications approaches.
  • Board and executive level buy-in and the importance of it.
  • As investors and executive leaders how can you ensure success?
  • Preparing a company for an acquisition & discussions on the importance of governance.
  • Modern approaches that are designed to deliver flexibility and corporate agility.
  • The modern-day corporation - what should it look like from the inside out?
  • Innovation:  What does that mean to your organization?
  • The opportunity for cost savings and ease of adoption.
  • How can middle-management be effective in positioning organizations for the future?

Audience: Executives of all levels, technology leaders and capital investors. Those who are responsible for steering multiple transformational initiatives, creating policy, defining governance processes, portfolio management, development of corporate strategy and architecting organizations for the future.
