Presentation Overview Description

 

How do all of us, as Service Providers, maintain our clients' trust in us and build stronger rela-tionships? How do we increase our value? ITIL has always had business/IT alignment as a core practice. Now ITIL goes farther recognizing that business/IT Integration is required.

  

This presentation will discuss these topics and show how this can be achieved, which processes are necessary and how this fits within a Service Lifecycle approach to building and maintaining key services and satisfied customers.

 

Speaker Biography

 

Dwight is recognized internationally as one of the leading IT Service Management Gurus. He holds the ITIL Expert, ITIL Service Manager and all Intermediate ITIL certifications. He has been a Fellow of the Institute of Service Management since 2005 and is a Fellow in the itSMF Prism credential program.

  

He has taught every ITIL course and has over 50 ITIL projects to his credit thus possessing a wealth of information about how to adopt and adapt ITIL in real life.
