At “New Attendee Sign Up”, please enter your email address in the field provided and click “NEXT”.

Please note:  If you are already a registrant and have received a Promo Code, please contact Silvia Villon at svillon@gtec.ca and she will adjust your record accordingly.

If your email address was registered in a past year’s event, you will be required to enter the password used at that time or to reset your password, click on the link ‘Forgot Password’.  If you are entering the information for the registrant, you will need to contact them as the password reset goes directly to their email address.

There are 5 steps to the Registration process – please note that all fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory, and you will not be able to proceed without completing these fields.  Also, each registrant is identified within the system by their email address, therefore, the same email address cannot be used for more than one person.  Please ensure that you type your email correctly as a confirmation of your registration will be sent to your email address which you will want to bring with you onsite or you may print the viewable screen page for your files as a backup.

Password:  Your password will be used to verify your identity if you need to login and make changes to your registration. Your password must be at least 7 characters and include at least one number.

NOTE:  Your Promo code can be entered in Step #1.

Step 1:              Contact Information

                        Complete as required – then click “Next” to continue

Step 2:              Demographics

                        Complete as required – then click “Next” to continue

Step 3:              Registration Packages

Select the (1) checkbox that corresponds to the package to which your promo code is discounted and enter the Promo Code for that package in the space provided beside “Promo Code for Group”.  Once all is completed, click “Next” to move to the next page.

        Step 4:

Review Information – If you have missed entering your promo code on the Package Page – you can enter on this page as well.

This is where you will have the opportunity to amend any of your information if needed.

Step 5:              Payment – will be required by Credit card – VISA – MasterCard – AMEX is accepted.

Registration Confirmation will be emailed

                        This will confirm your registration details – please print as one will not be mailed.
