Abstract:

Getting buy-in and collaboration for projects can be challenging. Getting off on the right foot is extremely important, and that critical first step involves clearly articulating the problem that the project is meant to solve. Sheila Kelly will not only help you think differently about problems and collaboration, she will provide a practical framework for capturing the process.
