CIPS Manitoba Presents “Social Media - the Strategies and Challenges”
Social networking has become the norm in Canada, and organizations are recognizing the benefits of becoming active participants in social media. The technology industry is presented with unique challenges with social media, often having to communicate complex messages to a non-technical audience. In this presentation,Mark Buell, Communications Manager from the Canadian Internet Registration Authority, will draw on CIRA's experience in becoming a social media leader to discuss social media platforms, monitoring and analytics, and how to use social media strategically.
