Wayne has over 40 years industry experience and is the founder and President of Balardo Group. Established in 1989, this firm has grown from a one person organization to a team of over 80 professionals. Before establishing Balardo Group, he was a Principal with DMR Group Inc., a Senior Project Manager with BMO, and has had various line management and technical responsibilities with Canada Packers Ltd., RBC and the Prudential Assurance Company.

Wayne holds a C.A.A.T. in Computer Technology, a B.A.S. in Administration, ITIL Fundamentals and has the professional designation of I.S.P. (Information Systems Professional).
