Overview of Presentation

Description: The role of a Business Analyst is paramount to the success of a project from inception to delivery. Filling these important shoes effectively throughout the project life-cycle can be challenging.   The BA role must be framed correctly with Sponsors, Stakeholders, PM’s, Developers and QA’s.  The BA must use their ability to investigate, influence and ultimately have preparation for the inevitable challenges that will arise within a project.  The presentation is a linear story line of the several generic projects – essentially speaking to the life-cycle of the journey of a Business Analyst.

Learning Objectives of Presentation:

  • What is a Business Analyst role throughout the development cycle?
  • What is a Business Analyst level of influence throughout the development cycle?
  • How to leverage influence to combat the recurring challenges of the Business Analyst?

This event qualifies for 1.5 education hours.
